1. HISTORY/BACKGROUND In 1986, with the establishment of the Rotorua Civic Arts Trust, KH Heaton Ltd, made a significant donation to mark the 50 year anniversary of business in Rotorua.
2. PURPOSE The purpose of these scholarships are to assist talented students to further develop their skills in their chosen fields in the Arts and Music.
3. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS Funding will be made available for a number of students each year, the number to be decided by the RCAT trustees.
